Made of silver and enamels. Measures 38.3 mm in width, 49.4 mm in height including its eyelet and it weighs 37.3 grams without its suspension.
In problem free condition with its details still visible. The red, white and blue enamels are well preserved without repairs and show some dings only. The order comes with its time period double layer suspension and its connection ring has not been cut.
The order of the Red Banner of Labor was established as the civilian counterpart of the military Order of the Red Banner and was awarded for exceptional working achievements.
