Made of silver and enamels. Measures 38.41 mm in width, 49.81 mm in height including its eyelet and it weighs 36.5 grams without its suspension.
In great condition with its details perfectly visible. The red, white and blue enamels are well preserved without repairs and only shows a minor chip on the left side of the bottom red star, barely visible with the naked eye. The order comes with its time period suspension and old ribbon and its connection ring has not been cut.
The order of the Red Banner of Labor was established as the civilian counterpart of the military Order of the Red Banner and was awarded for exceptional working achievements.
