Researched Soviet Order of the Red Banner #231342
Awarded to Lieutenant of State Security (NKVD) Mikhail Vasilievich Khazov (Михаил Васильевич Хазовий)
Awarded for long service in the Belorussian NKVD by decree of decree of 15 January 1945
Made of solid silver and enamels. Measures 45.06 mm in height including its eyelet, 37.24 mm in width and it weighs 25.0 grams without its suspension. The serial number and curved mint mark are located at the 6 o’clock position of its reverse.
In nice overall condition with a fair amount of gold plating still present. The details are mostly visible and the white enamels are problem free without dings, scratches or repairs. The red enamels shows some superficial flaking around the edges and a small repair on the 9 o’clock ray of the center star. Its connection ring has not been cut and the order comes with its time period suspension and ribbon.
