Made of solid silver, gold and enamels. The order weighs 26.1 gram without its screwplate and measures 44.92 mm in width and 47.32 mm in height. Its mint mark and serial number are located at the bottom of its reverse.
In sublime, near condition with crisp details and virtually no traces of wear. The red and white enamels are beautiful without scratches, flaking or even contact marks. It comes with a time period and well fitted silver screwplate which matches the patina of the reverse of the order perfectly. Its long screw has not been shortened and a piece of protective cloth was placed between the screwplate and the order to protect the latter from scratches.

In the offensive operations during April-March (1944), comrade BORODKIN has been performing the duties of the Komsomol organizer of the 3rd rifle battalion. He ensured proper political work and membership growth. He educated the new members in the spirit of devotion to the Motherlands and hatred towards the enemy. As the result of this effort, the battalions Komsomol organisation became one of the best, which ensured successful execution of the assigned combat missions. Comrade BORODKIN is constantly present among the combat formations. During the most heated engagements, he ensures proper troops governance. His initiative and bravery provided examples of courage and devotion, which inspired the Komsomol members to be in the forefront of the most decisive missions.
