Order of the Patriotic War 2nd class #159287
Made out of silver, gold and enamels by the Krasnokamsk Mint. Measures 47.41 mm in height, 44.80 mm in width and weighs 26.9 grams without its screwplate. The serial number and mint mark are located at the bottom of its reverse. Relatively scarce variation with serial numbers ranging from 135146 to 169988.
This original order of the Patriotic War is in a nice, above average condition with all details present and crisp. The enamel shows a small superficial chip on the tip of the 9 o’clock ray of the red star but is otherwise problem free and without repairs. The order comes with its time period and well fitted silver screwplate and its screw has not been shortened.
Probably awarded mid 1944 so with great research potential!
