Made of solid silver, gold and enamels. The order weighs 26.9 gram without its screwplate and measures 45.02 mm in width and 46.97 mm in height. Its serial number and curved mint mark in two lines can be found on the bottom of its reverse. The minimal known serial number of this variation is135146 and the maximum number is 169988.
In nice, above average condition with its details crisp. The enamels are well preserved without flaking or repairs but show several dings and scratches. Its silver base shows a medium patina on both sides. The order comes with a wartime screwplate and its screw has not been shortened.

During the battles against the German invaders near Sevastopol from April 7 to April 10, 1944, comrade Sereda, under the most intense artillery fire from the enemy, accurately and promptly transmitted all orders and communications to the command post and back. During offensive actions, he was always in the front line. Despite the heavy artillery and mortar shelling, comrade Sereda personally under fire fixed more than 160 damaged communications lines in his company, ensuring uninterrupted command communications with the battalion.
He is worthy of a government award, the Order of the Patriotic War, 2nd class.
