Made of solid gold, silver and enamels. Measures 45.41 mm in height, 43.03 mm in width and weighs 26.4 grams without its screwplate. The serial number is located at the 6 o’clock position and the mint mark Monetni Dvor is located at the 12 o’clock position of its reverse. It appears the old serial number was removed or corrected and a new one was engraved. This is done by the mint in a very typical manner and style.
In stunning condition with crisp details and without repairs. The white and red enamels are absolutely gorgeous and show a tiny superficial chip on the edge of the 5 o’clock ray of the red star only; barely noticeable with the naked eye. Its reverse is in excellent condition as well and shows an appealing patina. Its silver screwpate is time period to the order and the screw maintained its full length.
Beautiful and rare navy award!
