Description
Order of Labor Glory 3rd class #89951
Made of silver and enamels. Measures 40.75 mm in width, 46.98 mm in height including its eyelet and weighs 35.6 grams without its suspension.
In nice overall condition with crisp details and much of the original gold plating present. The enamels are generally well preserved but show a small superficial chip left of the first ‘C’ in the lower banner, barely noticeable with the naked eye. Its time period suspension is authentic to the order as is the ribbon. Its connection ring has not been cut.
Closely modeled on the Order of Glory this order was awarded for labor achievements. In the same way as the Order of Glory, it was divided in three classes, with a person receiving the third degree first. It also gave a certain number of material benefits to their owners such as an increased pension raises and free public transport.Â
