Made of silver and enamels. Measures 41.05 mm in width, 47.07 mm in height including its eyelet and weighs 35.5 grams without its suspension.
In excellent condition with crisp details and full gold plating. The order shows few traces of wear and the enamels on both the top star and lower banner are flawless. Its time period suspension is authentic to the order as is the ribbon. Its connection ring has not been cut.
Closely modeled on the Order of Glory this order was awarded for labor achievements. In the same way as the Order of Glory, it was divided in three classes, with a person receiving the third degree first. It also gave a certain number of material benefits to their owners such as an increased pension raises and free public transport.Â
