Order of Labor Glory 3rd class #0095

Order of Labor Glory 3rd class; made of silver and enamels. Measurements; 40.90 mm in width; 46.81 mm in height and weighs 35.1 grams.

This order is in excellent condition with almost no wear and flawless enamels. The time period suspension is authentic to the order as is the ribbon. Its connection ring is uncut.

Extremely low number with rivets for the attachment of the hammer and sickle. These low numbered 3rd classes were often used to ‘upgrade’ them to 1st classes by scammers to sell them for high value. Therfore these are very hard to find. Rare as such!

Closely modeled on the Order of Glory this order was awarded for labor achievements. In the same way as the Order of Glory, it was divided in three classes, with a person receiving the third degree first. It also gave a certain number of material benefits to their owners such as an increased pension raises and free public transport.
