Soviet Order of Labor Glory 2nd class #16028
Made of silver and enamels. It measures 40.77 mm in width, 47.01 mm in height including its eyelet and weighs 34.6 gram without its suspension.
This order is in excellent condition with little wear and flawless enamels. Even the higher laying parts have crisp details and few minor dings only. The suspension is time period to the order as is the ribbon. Its connection ring is uncut and almost all gold plating is still present.
Closely modeled on the Order of Glory this order was awarded for labor achievements. In the same way as the Order of Glory, it was divided in three classes, with a person receiving the third degree first. It also gave a certain number of material benefits to their owners such as an increased pension raises and free public transport.Â
