For suppressing multiple enemy firing positions with machine-gun fire, including heavy and light machine-guns, and for eliminating four enemy troops during assaults near Sadeni and Pilluponen [Lithuania] in October 1944
Made of silver and enamels. Measures 47.34 mm in width, 49.51 mm in height and weighs 23.7 grams without its suspension.
This early order is in great, above average condition considering its an early piece. The enamels are very well preserved without repairs, flaking or scratches. The raised parts like the wreath and tower show light to medium wear and many details are still visible. Its connection ring has not been cut and the order comes with its time period double layer suspension.

16 October 1944, in an enemy defence breakthrough operation in the area near the village Sadeni (Lithuanian Soviet Socialist republic), comrade KALINICHEV’s machine-gun fire suppressed 2 enemy firing positions: a heavy and a light machine-guns.
19 October 1944, in combat engagements near town Pilluponen, comrade KALINICHEV suppressed another heavy machine-gun position and killed 4 enemy troops during an attack on an enemy stronghold.
For exhibited courage and bravery, comrade KALINICHEV deserves to be bestowed with order “GLORY III CLASS”.
