For destroying 3 light machineguns, 2 heavy machine-guns, killing and wounding up to 20 enemy troops with his gun. This allowed the troops to seize town Hotzenplotz and village Nieder-Poulowitz
Made of silver and enamels. Measures 46.62 mm in width, 48.59 mm in height and weighs 23.4 grams without its suspension.
In excellent, well above average condition with most of the original gold plating present. The red enamel is well-preserved, free from any chips or scratches. The elevated sections of its front side still display their details perfectly well. The order comes with its time period double layer steel suspension and its connection ring has not been cut.

In the battles during 22-25 March 1945 near the settlements Hotzenplotz and Nieder-Paulowitz, he commanded his gun deployed on a open sight position. He excellently corrected his gun fire, such that his gun destroyed 3 light machineguns, 2 heavy machine-guns, killing and wounding up to 20 enemy troops. This effort, allowed our troops to seize town Hotzenplotz and village Nieder-Poulowitz. For courage and initiative comrade IVANOV deserves state award order “GLORY III CLASS”.
