Made of solid silver and enamels. It measures 50.89 mm in height, 47.18 mm in width and weighs 41.4 grams without its suspension. The serial number and the curved mint mark Monetni Dvor are located at the center of the reverse.
In excellent condition with perfect details and light overall wear. All of the original gold plating is still present and its reverse shows a nice medium patina to the silver. The stunning green, white blue and red enamels are fully present without repairs, flaking or scratches. Its connection ring has not been cut and the order comes with its time period suspension.
The Order of Friendship of Peoples (Russian: oрден Дружбы народов) was awarded to persons (including non-citizens), organizations, enterprises, military units, as well as administrative subdivisions of the USSR for accomplishments in strengthening of inter-ethnic and international friendship and cooperation, for economical, political, scientific, military, and cultural development of the Soviet Union.
