Variation 3 with a round flat eyelet
Made of gold plated brass. Measures 32.45 mm in diameter, 37.21 mm in height and weighs 17.2 gram without its suspension.
This medal for the Victory over Germany is in excellent condition with most details visible. The medal shows relatively few dings and scratches and much gold plating is still present. The medal comes with it original brass suspension and its connection ring has not been cut. Its suspension has been covered by the awardee with a plastic layer to protect its original ribbon. These pieces are very collectable!
Awarded to Soviet service personnel who were on active service during The Great Patriotic War (Military service of 3 months or civil service of 6 months). Also awarded to some allied forces such as the post 9 September 1944 Bulgarian Armed Forces.
