Medal for the Capture of Vienna 1 

Variation 1 with a separately soldered eyelet 

Made of gold plated brass. Measures 32.16 mm in width, 37.26 mm in height including the eyelet and it weighs 16.4 grams without its suspension. 

This medal is in nice condition with medium wear on its higher laying parts like the bottom leaves. Most other details however are still visible and much of the gold plating is still present. It comes with its time period brass suspension.

Awarded to Soviet service personnel who took part in the capture of Vienna between 16 March and 13 April 1945.
