Medal for the 20th Anniversary of the RKKA #12279
Made of solid silver and enamels. Measures 32.24 mm in diameter, 35.78 mm in height including its eyelet and weighs 23.2 grams without its suspension. The rectangular suspension measures 25.19 mm in width at its narrowest point and 31.14 mm at its widest point.
In excellent, above-average condition with a fair amount of the original gold plating to the XX’s still present. The raised areas on the reverse show light wear, with the soldier’s eyes, fingers, and rifle all clearly visible. The enamels are well preserved, with no repairs – only minor dings and scratches, and no chipping. The suspension and numbered screwplate are original and the ribbon attachment plate is missing.
