Soviet Medal for Labor Valor #37540
Made of solid silver and enamels. Measures 35.22 mm in diameter, 39.87 mm in height including the eyelet and weighs 21.4 gram without its suspension. The reverse shows the stamped letter ‘N’ followed by the engraved serial number #37540. The minimum known serial number for this variation is 35029 and the maximum is 61790.
This early medal for Labor Valor is in a nice, worn condition with several dings and scratches on both sides. The details however are all crisp and the enamel is problem free. The medal comes with its old brass suspension and its connection ring has not been cut.
Awarded to laborers who dedicated themselves towards the building of a socialist society.Â
