This Soviet medal for Impeccable Service in the MOOP (Ministry of Protecting the Public Order) of the Republic of Azerbaijan is made of brass. It measures 32.06 mm in diameter, 37.10 mm in height and weighs 16.4 grams without its suspension.
In pristine condition with all details crisp and virtually no traces of wear. All of the original luster is still present and its suspension and ribbon are time period to the medal.

‘MOOP’ was a temporary substitute for the MVD during the 60s.
