This Soviet medal for Impeccable Service in the MOOP (Ministry of Protecting the Public Order) of the Republic of Moldavia is made of silver plated brass and enamels. It measures 32.00 mm in diameter, 37.03 mm in height and weighs 15.8 grams without its suspension.
The medal is in great condition with all details crisp and a medium patina to the silver plating. The red enamel is well preserved without repairs or chipping. Its suspension and ribbon are time period and its collection ring has been cut.

‘MOOP’ was a temporary substitute for the MVD during the 60s.
