This medal for Impeccable Service in the MOOP Uzbek SSR (Ministry of Protecting the Public Order in the Kazakhstan) is made of silver plated brass and enamels. It measures 32.00 mm in diameter, 36.99 mm in height and weighs 16.2 grams without its suspension.
The medal is in excellent condition with all details crisp and a light patina to the silver plating. The enamels are well preserved without repairs and shows some small contact marks only. Its suspension and ribbon are time period to the medal and its connection ring has not been cut.
The accompanying document is in equally good condition and mentions both the 15- and 20-year service medals.
‘MOOP’ was a temporary substitute for the MVD during the 60s.
