Made of solid silver and lacquer. Measures 32.17 mm in diameter and 2.23 mm in thickness. The height of the medal is 36.98 mm including the eyelet and it weighs 17.6 grams without its suspension.
The medal for Combat Merit is in decent condition with medium overall wear and most details visible. There are several small dings and scratches but most of the red lacquer is still present. Its connection ring is deformed but remained uncut and the medal comes with its time period suspension.

Awarded on February 15, 1944 to Guards Private Arim Ilyich Pitimashvili, driver in an automobile company of the 3rd Guards Motorized Rifle Brigade, 4th Guards Tank Corps, 60th Army, 1st Ukrainian Front. Pitimashvili served in the automobile company since its formation in April 1943. He proved to be an exemplary and disciplined driver. He is fond of his vehicle and performing repairs and always carried out his task of delivering ammunition, provisions and weapons to the front line. He started repairing trucks in December 1943, which he does excellently. Pitimashvili was born in 1922 and joined the Red Army in December 1941. This was his only award.
