Awarded to Private Mulloyan Sadykov (Муллоян Садыков)
For exceeding his working quotas for lumber stocking by 300-350% and for road construction by 300-380% despite his elderly age and sustained wound
Made of solid silver, brass and red lacquer. Measures 32.41 mm in diameter and 2.81 mm in thickness. The height of the medal is 36.38 mm and its eyelet is 5.00 mm in width. The medal weighs 22.7 grams without its suspension and 30.9 grams with the suspension but without the nut. The suspension measures 31.78 mm in width at its widest and 25.24 at its narrowest point.
The medal is in a nice, above average condition with medium overall wear. There are several small dings and scratches but nothing distracting from the overall appeal of the medal. Most details are still visible but the red lacquer filling the lettering is almost completely worn off. The silver suspension is original as is the screw, the nut, the plate holding the ribbon and the screw plate tightening it all up. Its connection ring has been cut.

Comrade SADYKOV arrived to the battalion after his recovery from the wound sustained near the settlement Pogostie. Since then, proved himself as a dedicated and disciplined service man of the Red Army. Despite his elderly age and sustained wound, he executes all his tasks excellently and ahead of schedule. He exceeds his working quotas for lumber stocking by 300-350% and for road construction by 300-380%. On top of that, comrade SADYKOV’s work is always of high quality. Not settling with the achieved results, comrade SADYKOV inspires and leads the men around him and shares with them his extensive practical experience. This effort is the reason there are more and more people who work efficiently exceeding their working quotas for building wood laid front road.
