For ensuring timely food supplies for the wounded and sick under challenging conditions, fulfilling orders promptly with initiative and efficiency since September 1942. During critical times, he utilized motor transport to guarantee delivery, significantly aiding recovery efforts
Made of solid silver and lacquer. The medal itself measures 32.40 mm in diameter and 37.21 mm in height including the eyelet. It weighs 19.0 grams without its suspension and 27.9 grams with the suspension but without the nut. Its eyelet is 5.74 mm in width and the suspension measures 25.41 mm in width at its narrowest point and 31.61 at its widest point.
The medal is in nice, above average condition with several dings and scratches but relative light wear to the raised areas. The lacquer filling the letters ‘CCCP’ is partly present and both sides show a medium patina to the silver. The silver suspension is authentic as is the silver screw, hexagon nut, the brass screwplate containing the text ‘Monetnij Dvor’ and the plate holding the ribbon. Its connection ring has been cut.

Comrade Denisov, in the position held since September 1942, has consistently ensured timely provision of food supplies to the wounded and sick in difficult working conditions. Despite the adversities, he has managed to fulfill orders from commanders promptly, displaying personal initiative and efficiency. During critical periods, he ensured the timely delivery of supplies through the use of motor transport, significantly contributing to the recovery and sustenance of the wounded. Denisov has proven to be a loyal adherent to the cause of the Party of Lenin and Stalin and is devoted to the Socialist Motherland. He is worthy of encouragement and the government award: Medal “For Military Merit”.
