Soviet Medal for Bravery #970201
Made of solid silver. The medal for Bravery measures 37.12 mm in diameter and 42.46 mm in height (including the eyelet). It weighs 27.2 gram without its suspension.
The medal is in nice condition with much details present and a light patina on both sides. The higher laying parts on the tank show light wear and the medal comes with its time period brass suspension. The red lacquer filling the lettering has vanished over time and the obverse shows a couple of deep scratches.
Probably awarded during the summer of 1944 so with excellent research potential!
