Soviet Medal for Bravery #952860
Made of solid silver and red lacquer. It measures 37.49 mm in diameter, 42.73 mm in height (including the eyelet) and weighs 27.5 grams without its suspension.
The medal is in excellent, well above condition with all details present and a medium patina on both sides. Even the higher laying parts like the rivets on the side of the tank and the canons are perfectly visible. Virtually all of the original red lacquer is still present and its connection ring has not been cut. The double layer steel suspension and ribbon are time period to the medal.
Probably awarded early 1944 so with good research potential
