Soviet Medal for Bravery #847900
Made of solid silver. The medal for Bravery measures 37.56 mm in diameter and 42.40 mm in height (including the eyelet). It weighs 26.9 gram without its suspension.
The medal is in excellent, well above condition with all details present and an appealing dark patina on both sides. Even the higher laying parts like the rivets on the side of the tank and the canons are perfectly visible. Almost all of the original red lacquer is still present even though some is covered with some dirt. Its connection ring has not been cut and the brass suspension is time period to the medal.
Probably awarded end 1943 or begin 1944 so with excellent research potential! Â Â
