Made of solid silver and red lacquer. The medal for Bravery measures 37.2 mm in diameter and 2.7 mm in thickness. The height of the medal is 42.7 mm (including the eyelet) and it weighs 27.7 grams without its suspension.
The medal is in superb condition with all details perfectly crisp and light overall wear. All of the original red lacquer is still present and both sides show a light toning to the silver. The brass suspension is time period to the medal and its connection ring has not been cut.
Beautiful piece and hard to upgrade!
