Made of solid silver. The medal for Bravery measures 37.50 mm in diameter and 42.53 mm in height (including the eyelet) and it weighs 28.6 gram without its suspension.
The medal is in excellent, well above condition with its details crisp and a light patina on both sides. All of the original red lacquer is still present and its connection ring has not been cut. The steel suspension and old ribbon are time period to the medal.

KRAMAR began his combat service as a rifleman on 15.05.1944 in the 307 rifle regiment, 110 rifle division, 1 Ukrainian front. In an offensive engagement on the river Reute (Bessarabia), he was a light machine-gunner and eliminated 3 German soldiers. On 10 June 1944, he was lightly wounded and evacuated to the hospital. After his recovery, he was sent back to his unit, with which he was engaged on the territory of Bessarabia, Rumania, and Hungary. Many times, he went to reconnaissance missions with the task to spot the enemy machine-gun positions, which he timely executed.
In the battle of the Hungarian soil north of the town Gyöngyös on 14 October 1944, he was wounded again receiving 7 wounds to his body. He was evacuated to the hospital №2919. After recovery on 02 December 1944, he was sent for service to the 230 reserve rifle regiment, where he serves at present.
