Kaganovich Subway Badge #20804 (1938)
Made of solid silver and enamels. Measures 36.89 mm in height, 33.16 mm in width and weighs 16.2 grams without its screwplate. The stamped serial number #24090 and raised Mintmark (MD) are located on its reverse.
In nice condition with light to medium overall wear. Even the details of the raised areas like the metro are still well defined. The beautiful red enamels are mostly present but show minor repairs left and right of the letters ОЧЕРЕДЬ. The well fitted silver screwplate is authentic to the badge and its screw has not been shortened.
A beautifully made and desirable badge in silver. Scarce
