Soviet Badge for Excellence in the Navy #14458 (1941)
This Badge for Excellence in the Navy is made of brass and enamels. The badge measures 28.41 mm in height, 23.67 mm in width and weighs 7.3 gram without its screwplate. Its serial number #14458 can be found on the bottom of its reverse.
The badge is in excellent, well above average condition with crisp details. The red and blue enamels are extremely well preserved without flaking and dings. The white enamel shows a superficial chip on the top right of the hammer & sickle (barely noticeable with the naked eye) and a chip on the rightside edge. The badge comes with its time period and well fitted screwplate.
