Made of silver and enamels. Measures 40.98 mm in width, 47.16 mm in height and weighs 35.5 grams without its suspension.
This order is in excellent condition with crisp details and much of the gold plating present. The enamel is well preserved without repairs and shows a tiny superficial flake on the top red star only, barely visible with the naked eye. Its connection ring has not been cut and the order comes with its time period suspension and ribbon.
Closely modeled on the Order of Glory this order was awarded for labor achievements. In the same way as the Order of Glory, it was divided in three classes, with a person receiving the third degree first. It also gave a certain number of material benefits to their owners such as an increased pension raises and free public transport.Â
