The awardee sure was proud of his or her award(s). Not only is the medal itself in great condition, its original suspension was wrapped in a plastic cover which made sure the ribbon is kept in pristine condition even today!Â
A lovely example and not often found like this!
Awarded to all Soviet industrial workers for a term of one year or longer of labor during the War. (6 months for disabled military veterans, professional school graduates as well as the retired who returned to work to aid.)
