Medal for the Liberation of Belgrade
Variation 2 with an U-shaped Eyelet
Made of brass. Measures 32.19 mm in width, 37.15 mm in height including its eyelet and it weighs 17.6 grams without its suspension.
In excellent condition with crisp details and much of the original gold luster still present. There are relatively few dings on either side and even the raised areas show light only. The medal comes with a double layer steel suspension.
Awarded to Soviet service personnel who took part in the liberation of Belgrade between 29 September and 22 October 1944.
