Made of brass. Measures 32.04 mm in width, 36.96 mm in height including its eyelet and it weighs 15.1 grams without its suspension.
Beautiful example with details crisp and few traces of wear. Its surface shows an appealing rainbow like patina. The brass suspension and ribbon are time period to the medal.
The Medal “For the Capture of Berlin” was awarded to soldiers of the Red Army, Navy, and troops of the NKVD, direct participants of the assault and capture of the city as well as to the organizers and leaders of combat operations in the capture of this city.
