Medal for the Commemoration of the 100th Anniversary of Lenin to Foreigners
Made of gold plated brass. Measures 32.13 mm in width, 36.99 mm in height including the eyelet and it weighs 17.9 grams without its suspension.
The medal is in great mint condition with all details crisp and most gold plating present. The suspension and ribbon are also in excellent condition and time period to the medal.
This scarce award was awarded to non Soviet Communist leaders and foreign WW2 veterans who attended the 100th anniversary in Moscow. According to recently published Soviet archival records a little over 4000 of these were issued.
