Soviet Medal for Impeccable Service 1st class in the KGB (20 years service)
Early solid silver variation
Made of silver and enamels. The medal measures 32.19 mm in diameter, 37.20 mm in height including its eyelet and it weighs 21.0 gram without its suspension.
The medal is in excellent condition with all details crisp and an appealing patina to the silver on both sides. The red enamel is problem free and shows no flaking or scratches and shows some minor contact marks only. It comes with its time period brass suspension and its connection ring has not been cut.
The Medal “For Impeccable Service” (Russian; Медаль «За безупречную службу») was a Soviet military award for long service.
