Soviet Medal for Courage in a Fire
Made out of German silver. It measures 32.13 mm in diameter, 37.05 mm in height and weighs 16.8 grams without its suspension.
The medal is in nice condition with all details crisp. It shows almost no dings and scratches and even the higher laying parts like the fire man’s face show light wear only. It comes with its time period suspension and its connection ring has been cut.
Awarded all Soviet citizens for courage and bravery in extinguishing fires or saving lives/state or private property from fire or for preventing explosions and fires.
