Honored NKVD Firefighter badge #1546 (apx 1943)
Semi-mirror reverse variation
Made of silver and gold plated brass and enamels. It measures 49.17 mm in height, 29.89 mm in width and weighs 21.5 grams without its screwplate. Its serial number can be found on the top of its reverse.
In superb condition with crisp details and light overall wear. Even the raised details on the coat of arms and the torch are all visible. The enamels are beautiful and well preserved and show some contact marks only, quite uncommon for a wartime badge. Its screw has not been shortened and there have been no repairs. The badge comes with its authentic and well fitted silver screwplate.
