Made of brass and enamels. Measures 29.62 in height, 23.00 mm in width and weighs 6.8 grams without screwplate.
In excellent condition with its details perfectly visible. The red enamels are problem free and without flaking or repairs. Its obverse shows several dings and scratches but none distracting from the overall appeal of the badge. Its screw has not been shortened and the badge comes with its well fitted screplate.
The badge “Excellence in the State Bank” was established on the basis of the decision of the Council of People’s Commissars of the USSR dated September 6, 1942 No. 1488. The badge
was awarded to distinguished employees of the State Bank of the USSR.Â
