This soviet excellence badge is made of brass and enamels. Measures 46.33 mm in height, 36.26 mm in width and weighs 18.8 gram without its screwplate.
The badge is in great condition with all details crisp. The enamel is well preserved with some minor contact marks and small superficial chips only. There have been no repairs and the screw is full length. The badge comes with its original and well fitted screwplate.
