Citation for his Order of the Patriotic War 1st class:

During the periods of preparation and execution of the combat operation for liberation of Crimea from the German invaders, colonel RAGOZNY executed direct personal command of the whole vehicle transport fleet, which transported both the supplies and the troops reinforcements.

With his precise orders and well planned and initiative use of his vehicle transport assets, comrade RAGOZNY managed to meet fully the demands of the forward fighting troops for the combat materiel and other supplies.

During the intense days of the combat operation on Crimean peninsula, extensive transport operations directly to the front line were conducted under Colonel ROGOZNY personal control, which assisted the success in the operation.

For exemplary execution of his combat missions for providing transportation during the Crimean operation, colonel RAGOZNY deserves state award order “PATRIOTIC WAR I CLASS”.
