Distinguished MVD Employee Badge #10227 with Document
Awarded to Anatoly Ivanovich Malashenkov (Анатолий Иванович Малашенков)
This MVD badge is made of solid silver, gilt and enamels. It measures 43.33 mm in height, 27.54 mm in width and weighs 18.7 grams without its screwplate. Its serial number and Moscow Mint mark can be found on its reverse.
In nice condition with crisp details are crisp and a fair amount of the gold plating is still present. The enamels are well preserved without repairs and show a superficial flake at the top left side of the ribbon only. The enamels at the background, behind the hammer and sickle and the sword, are flawless and its screw has not been shortened. The badge comes with its well fitted screwplate and both sides show an appealing medium dark toning to the silver.
Its accompanying document is in great condition and shows the matching badge number ‘10227’ and is dated 29 April 1976
