This large and heavy badge is made of silver plated brass and and enamels. It measures 46.10 mm in height, 36.53 mm in width and It weighs 21.3 gram without its screwplate. Apx. 9400 of these badges were awarded.
The badge is in superb condition with all details crisp and full silver plating. Both the red and blue enamels are extremely well preserved without dings, flaking or repairs. The badge comes with its original screwplate and the screw is full length.
its accompanying document is in good condition with both parts firmly attached to each other. It is numbered #1412.
A beautiful and scarce piece, next to impossible to upgrade!
