 28th Congress of the Communist Party of the USSR Delegate Badge (1990)
Made of gilded brass and enamels. It measures 21.39 mm in height and weighs 9.8 gram. The reverse shows its raised Leningrad mint mark.
The badge is in superb condition with all details crisp and beautiful flawless enamels. All of the original gold plating is still present and its stickpin is original without repairs and fully functional.
