Soviet medal for the Capture of Königsberg variation 2

Made out of gilded brass. Measurements; 32.24 mm in width, 37.83 mm in height and 17.5 gram in weight.

This medal is in a great condition with crisp details and much plating still present. The double layer steel suspension is time period to the medal.

Awarded to Soviet service personnel who took part in the capture of Königsberg between 23 January and 10 April 1945.
