Medal for Bravery #738222
Made of solid silver and red lacquer. Measures 37.07 mm in diameter, 42.09 mm in height including its eyelet and weighs 26.4 grams without its suspension.
The medal is in excellent, well above condition with all details present and a medium patina to the silver on both sides. The raised areas still show their details despite several dings and scratches. Almost all the original red lacquer is still present and Its connection ring has not been cut. The double layer suspension is time period to the medal.
Good research potential, probably awarded during the first half of 1944
