Made of silver and enamels. Measures 48.91 mm in width, 46.92 mm in height and weighs 29.5 grams without its screwplate. The mint mark is located above, and the serial number underneath the screw post. The minimum known serial number is 235999 and the maximum is 594967.
This beautiful order is in great, well above average condition with most details crisp. The red enamels are very well preserved and even the raised areas on its obverse show light wear only. The silver has an appealing medium dark patina on both sides and its screw has not been shortened. The order comes with its silver screwplate which fits perfectly.
Brief and specific description of the personal feat or merits:
Since April 1942, he has been working on the training of officer cadres as an instructor of military topography at the front-line courses for young lieutenants of the Belarusian Front. Being one of the best instructors, he has excellently developed methods for teaching officers. As a result, all training programs are completed on time. During final exams, the cadets demonstrated excellent knowledge of topography, map reading, and chemical reconnaissance. Thanks to his intense efforts, discipline, and perseverance, he successfully adapted to wartime conditions, overcoming difficulties and shortages in instructional materials.
Comrade Motorygin does not limit himself only to educational work; he is also actively involved in the political and cultural education of the cadets.
