Made of brass and enamels. Measures 43.31 mm in height, 35.69 mm in width and weighs 11.3 grams without its screwplate.
The badge is in good overall condition with sharp details and moderate wear. It was previously coated with a protective layer of hairspray, which we professionally removed. Thanks to this coating, much of the original silver plating remains intact, whereas it is typically worn away. The red and white enamels are largely preserved but show a repair on the left side of the hammer and sickle. The badge includes a period screwplate that fits well, with its screw remaining unshortened.
