Early scarce variation made of solid silver
Made of solid silver. It measures 32.08 mm in width and 2.95 in thickness. The height of the medal is 37.05 mm including its eyelet and it weighs 21.6 grams without its suspension.
In excellent condition with crisp details and a medium dark toning to the silver. It shows few traces of wear and even the details of the raised areas like the continents on the globe are perfectly crisp. The medal comes with its time period suspension and its connection ring has not been cut.
Difficult to find in solid silver
Awarded to members of the MVD for preserving public order; to all service personnel of the militsiya for courage shown during the liquidation of criminal groups and arrest of criminal; or for excellence in organizing and coordinating militia in combating crime or for selfless acts during the prevention of hooliganism/ alcoholism/ theft.
